You will need the following:
Initial Planning – Task Analysis.
What, in your words, does the client want and expect. You should extrapolate the purpose, scope, boundaries, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and assumptions in your analysis.

Pseudocode for your program.
Plain and simple walkthrough of the program steps, identifying what must be done & what happens at each stage.
Flow Diagram for your program.
Indicate the user flow through your program in a diagram.
Wireframe for your program.
Simple wireframe of the program interface.
The Program.
Your program must include meaningful variable names, commentary and correct indentation.
Test Documentation.
You must include a test strategy and results/actions as you progress through the program development.
